Oven "Fried Okra"

   Preheat oven to 450u00b0.

   Spray pan with cooking spray.

   In a bowl, beat the egg and Tabasco together.

   Combine the bread crumbs with salt and pepper in a separate bowl.

   Place the okra in the bowl with the egg mixture and coat it well.

   Remove the okra with a slotted spoon, allowing the excess egg to drip back into the bowl.

   Then, toss the wet okra in the bread crumb mixture until well coated.

   Spread the okra out on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown.

   Add more salt and pepper if desired.

    Continue until all the okra is fried.
