Ingredients: 4 ripe plantains (2-1/2 lb.); 1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided; 1 green pepper, chopped; 1 small onion, chopped; 1/4 cup chopped green olives; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided; 2 lb. extra-lean ground beef; 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce; 2 pkt. seasoning with coriander and annatto; 2 whole eggs; 2 egg whites; 1/4 cup fat-free milk; 1 can (14.5 oz.) cut green beans, drained; 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

4 ripe plantains (2-1/2 lb.)
1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green olives
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided
2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 pkt. seasoning with coriander and annatto
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1/4 cup fat-free milk
1 can (14.5 oz.) cut green beans, drained
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut plantains lengthwise into 1/2-inch-thick slices.

Add half the plantains; cook 1-1/2 min.

Place half the cooked plantains in bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of half each of the meat mixture, beans and cheese; repeat all layers.

Pour egg mixture over pinon; cover.
