   Lightly coat both sides of the ham with flour (not listed).

   Put the ingredients from along with the panko in order.

   Put the ingredients from in a bowl, and mix.

   (If you mix too thoroughly, then the panko will not stick, so add a bit of flour as needed.

   After deep-frying the ham in 170~180C (338~356F) heated oil, you are done.
