Oreo Mini Cheesecakes

   Preheat oven to 350F, and prepare a muffin tin with paper cups.

   Beat cream cheese and sugar in mixer until well blended.

   Add eggs one at a time.

   Place one Oreo at the bottom of each muffin cup, then fill with batter.

   Bake 20 minutes or until centers are almost set.

   Refrigerate for 3 hours.
