In microwave, melt the bag of white chocolate chips with ONE of the cans of milk. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval to make sure the chocolate doesn't scorch. Once it's melted, stir until smooth and add the chopped Oreos and mini chocolate chips. Pour evenly in your prepared pan.
