1
1. Mix cake mixes, oil, and eggs together.
2
2. Shape into round balls, around 1 -2 inches (depending on how big you want your cookies).
3
3. Bake at 350F for 9-10 minutes.
4
4. Optional - When you take pan out of the oven the cookies will be slightly rounded. In order to get flatter cookies drop the pan about 2 inches above a flat service as soon as you take the cookies out of the oven.
5
5. After cookies have cooled, place frosting on the flat side of one cookie and place another cookie on top of the frosting.
6
Note: I have put the prep time at 30 minutes because of the time it takes to frost all the cookies. I put the cook time at 30 minutes because of the multiple batches involved.
7
Also, to all you amazing cooks out there, you probably have a homemade frosting recipe. These would be extra yummy with any of those recipes.
