2 C. Sugar
1 C. & 1/4 C. Flour
1 T. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
3 C. Chopped Oreo Cookies(Can add 1 Extra Cup if Desired)

["1- Butter and Flour 11-1/2""x17 1/4""x1"" Baking Pan. Preheat oven to 350F.", "2- Place Chocolate Chips, Butter, and Unsweetened Chocolate in microwave for 1 min., take it & stir to completely melted. Put back in microwave until completely melted. Cool slightly.", "3- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, espresso, sugar, and Vanilla. Blend Chocolate mixture into egg mixture. Allow to cool to room temperature.", "4- In a bowl, sift together 1c. flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture. In a small bowl, stir oreo and remaining 1/4c. flour.
