Oranges in Raspberry Sauce

   Peel oranges, removing all of the white pith.

   Cut into thick slices.

   Divide among 4 dessert plates, overlapping slightly.

   In a blender or food processor, puree raspberries and their syrup.

   Measure out 4 tablespoons.

   Freeze remaining sauce for future use.

   Pour 1 tablespoon of sauce over oranges in each dish.

   Garnish with mint.
