Orange Salad Dressing

   Mix flour, sugar, rind, orange juice and egg yolks in top of double boiler. Add boiling water and cook over boiling water until thick, about 1/2 hour stirring occasionally.

   While cooling, whip cream to soft peaks. Fold into cooled dressing and serve over mixed fruit, pancakes, waffles, etc.
