Orange Marmalade Tarts With Cottage Cheese Pastry

   Mix first 4 ingredients until smooth.

   Add flour and mix until combined.

   Form dough into flattened disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill several hours before using.

   Preheat oven to 375 degrees F when you begin to roll out dough.

   Roll dough into a rectangle, about 1/8 thick.

   Cut into 3 squares with pastry wheel.

   Put 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of orange marmalade in center of each square.

   Bring the corners together on top, and press together to make a peak.

   Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake 20 minutes until light golden brown and crispy.
