Orange Mandarin Cake - Box Cake Mix

   Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using recipe on cake box, mix cake ingredients together. Butter and flour 9 x 11 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-38 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

   Use a spatula when adding the pudding mix, be sure to stir

   immediately as you add it to the Cool Whip. Add the drained crushed pineapple folding it into the mixture.

   Refrigerate covered until ready to serve.

   If you prefer to use 2 round cake pans, you may frost between layers. It may take less time to cook. Check after 20 minutes.
