   measuring cups.

   measuring spoons.

   small mixing bowl.

   wooden spoon.

   grater.

   spoon.

   metal spatula.

   Put the icing sugar and orange juice into the small mixing bowl.

    Add the vanilla and stir with the wooden spoon.

    Grate the peel off the orange and add it to the glaze.

    Stir with the wooden spoon.

    Spoon the glaze on top of the angel cake.

    Spread it out to the edges with the metal spatula and let it dribble down the sides.
