2 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup rice
2 cups orange juice
¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
6 carrots, peeled and sliced
4 cups broccoli florets
1 orange, sliced

Remove fat and skin from chicken.

Combine flour, salt and cinnamon.

Dredge chicken in seasoned flour.

Hea oil over medium high until hot.

Add chicken and cook, turning, until well browned all over, 5-7 minutes.

Cover and cook chicken over medium high for about 10 minutes.
