orange chicken

   salt and pepper chicken and cook in oil in a deep skillet till brown and throughly cooked

   mix orange marmalade, bbq sauce and soy sauce all together

3. 3

   pour over chicken and bring to a boil then turn down the heat and cook for about 5 minutes stirring and covering chicken with sauce

   serve with rice and vegetables
