Cook, uncovered, on High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes; give half turn after 30 seconds.

Cook cream cheese in bowl, uncovered, on 50% power for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.

Stir in beaten egg, 1/3 cup sugar and sour cream until smooth.

Add orange peel, orange juice and vanilla.

Pour into crust and cook on 50% for 8 to 10 minutes, 1/4 turn every 2 minutes.
