Orange Cannoli

   Drain Ricotta Cheese to eliminate any excess liquid.

   In a small bowl combine all ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.

   No later than an hour before serving, place filling in a Ziploc bag, cut corner off of bag and carefully fill each cannoli with Ricotta Cheese filling.

   Dust with confectioners sugar if desired and serve.
