Onion Sauce for Beef Steak

   Season the beef steak with salt and pepper, and leave it to rest a while.

   Grate the onion.

   Cut the broccoli into florets and boil.

   Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and fry the steak on both sides to your desired taste.

   Take the steak out of the pan and cut into bite-sized pieces.

   Put the grated onion and its juices into the frying pan, and add the ingredients.

   Bring it to the boil.

   Pour this sauce over the steak while still hot.

   Serve with broccoli and cherry tomatoes, and it's done.
