Olive Cheese Bread

   Stand french bread vertically and slice in half resulting in two equal halves (top & bottom of the loaf) to lay on cookie sheet crust-down.

   Chop all olives roughly to break up large pieces.

   Chop green onion and combine with chopped olives in large mixing bowl.

   Add butter, mayo, and cheese to chopped mixture in bowl, stir until combined. s/p to taste.

   Spread mixture onto bread halves and bake for 20 minutes until cheese is thoroughly melted and bubbly. Cut into finger-food slices and serve.
