Old-Fashioned Shortcake

   Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

   Cut in shortening.

   Stir in milk powder that has been mixed with the water.

   Roll out dough lightly on a floured surface until about 1/2-inch thick.

   Cut in desired shape and bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 450u00b0 for approximately 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
