2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. rolled oats
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Simmer raisins and water in saucepan over low heat until raisins are plump, 20 to 30 minutes.

Drain raisin liquid into measuring cup. Add water to make 1/2 cup.
