Old-Fashioned Iron Skillet Chocolate Pie(Good)

   In a mixing bowl, sift cocoa, flour and salt together. Separate eggs.

   Beat egg yolks into cup of milk.

   In a large iron skillet, melt margarine.

   Add flour mixture and slowly pour beaten egg yolks and milk, stirring constantly.

   (Use low heat.)

   Cook until mixture is thick and fudge like.

   Remove from heat.

   Add vanilla and pour into baked pie shell.

   Beat egg whites using 2 to 3 teaspoons sugar until stiff.

    Pour over pie and bake until golden in color.
