1/2 stick of butter
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
10 cup water to boil chicken
4 cup flour
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 can mix vegie

boil chicken in med high heat.

add butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

boil untill chicken start to shrink on legs.trun off heat.

take out little chicken broth fat, save it.for dumplin flour mix, pull out chicken of pot.

let cool down a bit.

pull chicken off bones.put chicken back into pot of broth.

dumplins- flour, baking powder,and salt mix well.

now beat eggs put into mix add little broth fat just a few table spoons.

mix well.

on flour surface borad.roll out dumplins the size u want.

add dumplins to chicken in pot, bring to a boil again.when it gets to a boil, turn heat down to med heat.cook for 15 minutes add mix vegies not alot.

let set 15 minutes before serving.
