Old-Fashioned Banana Pudding

   Mix flour and sugar together.

   Add milk and egg yolks and extract.

   Stir well and cook on medium heat until thick.

   Layer graham crackers or vanilla wafers, then pudding, sliced bananas; (makes about 3 layers).

   Beat egg whites until stiff and put on pudding.

   Bake in oven until the meringue is brown.
