Old Fashion Dried Apple Cake

   Put egg in a large mixing bowl and beat well.

   Add all the other ingredients, except flour.

   Mix well, then add flour to make a very firm dough.

   Put the dough out on a dough board which has been sprinkled with flour.

   Knead with hands to make the dough smooth.

   Pinch off a ball about the size of a small orange. Spread in bottom of 8-inch cake pan.

   Repeat with other dough to make as many layers as you want.
