Okara Cup Cakes with Matcha and Cinnamon

   Preheat the oven to 170C.

   (Line the muffin cups with heat resistant paper molds so that it will be easier to take out from the muffin cups.)

   Put all ingredients in a bowl in order on the ingredients list and mix well using a spoon.

   Then add soy milk and continue mixing.

   Sprinkle in baking powder and mix well.

   Pour the mixture in the muffin cups.

   Top with the additional ingredients if you like.

   Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

   Let it sit to slightly cool, chill in the refrigerator and then it is ready (Chilling the muffins is optional)
