Octopus and Coriander Salad

   In a pressure cooker, add water, salt and whole octopus.

   Cook the octopus for 10-15 minutes or for 45 minutes at boiling point in a normal pot.

   Remove from the water and let the octopus cool down completely.

   Cut the octopus into pieces.

   Add the chopped garlic, coriander and a pinch of salt.

   Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.

   Stir well and place in fridge until serving time.
