In a large bowl beat butter until light and fluffy.

Add granulated sugar and brown sugar.

Beat until creamy. Add honey, eggs and vanilla; mix well.

Sift together flour, soda and salt.

Add to creamed mixture; mix well.

Add oats, coconut and raisins; mix well to evenly distribute ingredients.
