Oatmeal Nut Cookies

   Put flour into a 10-inch skillet.

   Stir to light golden brown; add oatmeal.

   Stir until slightly toasted color.

   In a bowl, beat egg until fairly thick.

   Add sugar and beat until very thick. Fold in nuts, flour and oatmeal.

   Drop on greased cookie sheet 1 level tablespoon of mixture and flatten with hand.

   Bake at 300u00b0 for 15 minutes.
