Prepare two baking trays, grease and line them with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

In a bowl, mix the flour with the coconut, the salt, the oats and the dried blueberries.

In a saucepan add the butter and the honey and heat until butter is melted, stirring occasionally.

Add baking soda to the water and add to the dry ingredients along with the melted butter and honey mixture. Mix well until the ingredients are well combined.

Form dumplings with your hands (the size of a walnut), put them on the trays and flatten each one with a fork or with your hand.
