4 c. oatmeal
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 c. sour milk
1 box raisins
4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 c. nut meats

Mix butter and oatmeal until melted on stove. Set aside to cool. Add milk, eggs and raisins. Combine dry ingredients. Add to oatmeal, butter, egg and milk; mix. Fold in nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes until lightly browned.
