1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Beat margarine and sugars until creamy.

Add the eggs, milk and vanilla and beat well.

Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in 375u00b0 oven 9 to 10 minutes for chewy cookie or 12 to 13 minutes for crisp cookie.
