Oatmeal Bread(Yeast Bread)

   Pour the boiling water over the oatmeal and let it cool.

   Heat 1 cup water, butter, brown sugar and salt to 120u00b0.

   Add this to the 2 cups flour, yeast, eggs and whole wheat.

   Knead for 3 minutes.

   Add 2 more cups regular flour.

   Knead for 4 minutes. Cover and let rise 1 1/4 hours.

   Divide into 3 loaves and let rest 10 minutes.

   Shape and put into greased pans.

   Let rise 45 minutes.

    Bake at 375u00b0 for 30 minutes.
