1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour, all-purpose
1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup apples peeled, diced
3/4 cups raisins, seedless optional
3/4 cups walnuts pieces, broken (optional)
3 cups oats, quick cooking quick cooking not instant or old fashioned

Grease baking sheet with Butter Flavor Crisco.

Set aside.

Cream Butter Flavor Crisco, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.

Combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.

Mix into creamed mixture.

Stir in apples, raisins and nuts.

Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto baking sheet.

Bake at 375 for 13 minutes.
