3 kale leaves
3 lettuce leaves Romain
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup purple onion
1 pear
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon olive oil

Heat pan on medium, add olive oil and onion. Cook until onion is translucent.

Wash and chop kale, lettuce & pear.

Add lettuce, 1/2 pear, and almonds to bowl.

Once onions are cooked, add walnuts, 1/2 pear & kale. Stir and add maple syrup & dijon mustard.

Add pan contents to the bowl. Add lemon juice & salt and pepper to taste.
