   Butter a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.

   Heat brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved (about 5 minutes).

   Remove from heat.

   Stir in cereal and nuts; mix until well coated.

   Spread in pan.

   Bake at 325u00b0 for 15 minutes.

   Cool 10 minutes.

   Loosen with metal spatula.

   Let stand about 1 hour.

    Store in a covered container.
