Nutty Cracker Delights

   Place crackers in a single layer in a foil lined 15 in.

   x 10 in.

   x 1 in.

   Baking pan.

   In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.

   Add sugar; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

   Boil for 2 minutes.

   Remove from heat; add vanilla.

   Pour evenly over crackers or spoon over crackers then spread with spoon to cover; sprinkle with nuts.

    Bake at 350F for 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Immediately remove from the pan, cutting between crackers if necessary, and cool on wire racks.

    Store in an airtight container.
