Nutty Banana grilled Pacakes

   For the Pancake: mix egg, evaporated milk, oil and vanilla extract.

   Set aside

   Mix together: flour and sugar.

   Gradually add dry mixture to egg mixture while continuously beating.

   Pre heat grill pan.

   Using 1/8 measuring cup, scoop the mixture into the pan and cook for 2 minutes or until bottomside is golden brown, turn the oancake, and cook the other side until golden brown.

   After cooking all the mixture, mix peanut butter and chocolate syrup in a bowl, and transfer it to a piping bag

   Layer your pancakes, start with a piece of pancake drizzle with peanutbutter mixture and top with sliced bananas.
