1/2 cups Milk
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded Or An 8 Ounce Bag
1/4 cups Blue Cheese, Crumbled (1oz)
1/4 cups Finely Minced Green Onions (white Part Only)
1 jar Diced Pimento (2 Oz Jar)
10 slices Bacon Cooked Crisp And Crumbled
3/4 cups Pecans, Chopped
1 dash Salt And Pepper, Or To Taste

1 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds

Attach bowl and flat beater to mixer.

Turn to speed 2 and mix 1 minute.

Scrape bowl.

Staying on speed 2, gradually add milk, mixing until well blended, about 1 minute.

Add cheeses, onions, pimentos, half of the bacon and half of the pecans.

Turn to speed 4 and beat until well blended, about 1 minute.

Transfer half of mixture to large piece of plastic wrap.

Form into a ball, wrap tightly.

Repeat with remaining half of mixture.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm.

Combine remaining bacon, pecans, parsley, and poppy seeds in a pie plate or large dinner plate.

Remove plastic from each cheese ball, roll in bacon mixture until well coated.
