Prepare 2 9x5-inch loaf pans by greasing and flouring.

In medium bowl mix together flour, soda, and salt.

In large mixing bowl, cream butter.

Gradually beat in sugar; beat until light and fluffy.

Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

Remove from heat and add salt.
