"Numete" Sandwiches

   In a bowl, lightly fork-mash the Numete.

   Mix in lightly the mayonnaise and relish.

   Try a taste and add more mayo or relish if needed.

   Spoon mixture onto a slice of bread and spread.

   You may add whatever else you like.

   onion, tomato, cheese and lettuce, then top with other slice of bread for a delicious sandwich.
