Ingredients: 1 **** in this recipe you can use a package of meatballs. if you have store bought meatballs skip to step #4; 1 lb ground beef; 1/2 lb ground pork; 1 small onion; 3/4 cup finely chopped bread crumbs; 1 tbsp parsley; 1 tsp salt (I use season salt); 1 tsp black pepper; 1 tsp garlic minced, or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce; 1 egg; 1 cup milk; 1/3 cup cooking oil; 1/4 cup flour; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp pepper; 1 tsp paprika; 2 cup water or broth; 3/4 cup sour cream

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 small onion
3/4 cup finely chopped bread crumbs
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt (I use season salt)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic minced, or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 cup water or broth
3/4 cup sour cream

combine, meat , onion, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, egg, and milk in a bowl and mix by hand.

shape into meatballs the size of walnuts.

brown in skillet with oil.

place meatballs as they get done in slow cooker.

once they are all in cook for 30 minutes covered, on high.

it just gets the crock pot hot.

in drippings from frying meatballs add salt, the other 1/2 the onion, pepper, broth & paprika.

add broth and sour cream.

pour over meatballs.

cover and cook on low for 5 hrs.

can be served over butter noodles that are seasoned with salt, pepper, & garlic powder.

I put in a Rubbermaid container and sprinkle with pepper, garlic powder, and worstershire sauce.

I put fresh minced onion on the meatballs... mix by hand and cover overnight..
