Nostalgic School Lunch Meat Sauce

   Mince the onion and carrot.

   Cook the onion and carrot in butter, then add the ground meat and cook until the meat changes color.

   Sprinkle in the flour and cook well.

   Add the water and tomato ketchup, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

   Season with salt and pepper to taste.

   Mix every now and then to keep it from burning.

   I originally listed 7g of flour, but that's difficult to understand so I changed it to 1 tablespoon.

   Although honestly, 1 tablespoon is 8g, but it's no problem at all.
