2 tablespoons catsup
1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs
3 slices uncooked bacon

Beat egg lightly in large bowl. Add salt, pepper, thyme, mustard, milk, celery, onion and 1/4 cup catsup.
