Noodle Pudding

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 by 9 by 2 inch pan.

   In a large bowl whisk the eggs, sour cream, melted butter/margarine, vanilla, lemon juice, and sugar until blended.

   Gently fold in the raisins, sliced apples, and cooked noodles.

   Pour the mixture into the greased pan, using a rubber spatula to even out the surface.

   Sprinkle with cinnamon.

   Bake 1 hour and twenty minutes or until golden brown.

   Let cool before cutting into squares.
