Noodle Pudding

   Cook noodles in salted water until almost done (firm to the bite).

   Drain and transfer to a buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Toss with half butter, salt and pepper.

   Stir in cottage cheese and sour cream; dot with remaining butter.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
