2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) noodles
2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Remove fat; add green pepper, garlic powder, tomatoes and bouillon cubes. Simmer for 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, blend cornstarch, water and sugar; add to mixture in skillet.
