   scrape all the drippings from the bottom of roasting pan add 1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet, 1 cup dry Marsala wine, 1 Tlbs cornstarch mix with about 1/3 cup water and 1 cup of broth. mix a little bit of of water at a time into the cornstarch until it makes a smooth paste finish adding the water then pour it into the gravy and whisk until nice and smooth consistency appears.
