Ingredients: 2 links mild Italian sausage; 2 links sweet Italian sausage; ½ cup turkey sausage; 1 cup hamburger (I use 98%); 1 medium tomatoes (diced); 14 red bell pepper; 14 yellow bell pepper; 1 ½ cups diced onions; 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste; fresh parsley; 5 tablespoons chili powder; 2 teaspoons ground cumin; 3 garlic cloves (more or less to taste); ½ cup water

Servings: persons

2 links mild Italian sausage
2 links sweet Italian sausage
½ cup turkey sausage
1 cup hamburger (I use 98%)
1 medium tomatoes (diced)
14 red bell pepper
14 yellow bell pepper
1 ½ cups diced onions
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
fresh parsley
5 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
3 garlic cloves (more or less to taste)
½ cup water

On med heat, cook bell pepper and onion for aprox 3 minute

Add meat and brown

Add diced tomato, cook for 3-5 minute.

Add tomato paste and seasonings plus 1/2 cup water.

Let sit in Med/Low heat for 15 min covered.

Uncover and cook for an aditional 20-30 min to taste.
