4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

4 whole Hamburger Buns Of Choice
4 ounces, weight Goat Cheese
2 cups Arugula
1/2 whole Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
1 whole Tomato, Thinly Sliced
