Transfer wings to medium bowl and set aside.

Put stuffing mixture into a buttered baking casserole. Arrange wing pieces and cooked skin on top.

Bake on lower-middle rack at 325 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer wings to dinner plate to reserve for another use. Using fork, gently fluff stuffing. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
